To be Eligible for this funding, applicants must fulfil the following conditions:

n         Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents of Singapore.

n         Applicant must be above 21 years old

n         Must have at least 6 months working experiences

n         Completed at least a Bachelor Degree or an European/German FH Diploma or its equivalent in areas of Science or Engineering from a university with recognized standing.

n         If the medium of instruction in your previous Programme is not English, please submit either of the following information:

u         TOEFL: Recent score with a minimum of 580 for Paper based test or 80 for internet based test

u          IELTS: At least 6.5

n         Able to fulfill the graduation criteria with a GPA of 2.5

n         Willing to work in Singapore for a period equal to the duration of the Programme
