Application Procedure:

Before submitting any application, please make sure that you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective Programmes.

n         Please download application checklist here.

n         Please send all forms and documents stated in the checklist to the address below

Application Checklist: 

1)     Print out and sign on the completed application form

2)     2 current passport size photos

3)     Curriculum Vitae / Resume

4)     1 set certified true copies of your qualifications which include Academic Certificate, Degree Scrolls and Transcripts. * Please note to translate all documents into English before submission

5)     TOFEL or ILETS results (if applicable)

6)     Copy of Identity Card

7)     1 most recent company Testimonial (stating the service period if any)

8)     2 recommendation letters valid from (Professor / Employer).

9)     Please remember to include all contact details of your referral

10) An application fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST) is payable for each application per programme. Payments can be made by either Cheque or by Bank Transfer. Please remember to include your name and the Programme you are applying for along with the transaction. Please refer to the following payment mode:

Please send the crossed cheque in favor of German Institute of Science and Technology - TUM Asia Pte Ltd together with the completed application form to GIST

b)        Bank Transfer (*):

*Please note that Payer shall bear all bank charges and that

  overpayment of the application fee will not be refunded.
