Programme Structure

The Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design is a full time research and application focused programme that runs over 18 months (3 semester).

10 months (2 semester) of lectures, laboratory work and industry excursions in Singapore After coursework the students will undertake a two month internship at a company. This can be done together with our industry partners in Germany. Students are also required to complete a thesis project to be carried out for the full 3rd Semester.
