1. Student Affairs Officer

Responsibilities

Student affairs administration on student intakes, application & enrolment procedures, student pass, visa application, scholarship, stipend, students accommodation, maintenance & entry of students database and handling of enquiries

Coordination on activities in the Student Alumni and student events

Prepare and execute graduate examination matters

Scheduling of time tables

Co-ordinate on study materials

Requirements

Diploma/GCE A level with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in an educational institute

Meticulous and organized

A team player with keen sense of responsibility, initiative, strong interpersonal, written and communication skills

Independent, resourceful with a can-do spirit

Proficient in MS Office applications

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Preferably able to start work immediately
