Application Procedure
Before submitting any application, please make sure that you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective programmes.
n To apply, please submit your application online through our Online Application Portal.
n Please send all information and documents stated in the checklist below to GIST - TUM Asia before the closing date
n Please note that for each application submitted, a full set of document is required.
Application Checklist:
1. Print out and sign on the completed application form
2. 2 current passport size photos
3. 1 set certified true copies of your qualifications which include Academic Certificate, Degree Scrolls and Transcripts.
n Please note to translate all documents into English before submission
4. TOFEL or ILETS results (if applicable)
5. 1 photocopy of your valid passport or ID for identification purpose
6. 2 recommendation letters valid from (Professor / Employer).
n Please remember to include all contact details of your referral
7. An application fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST) is payable for each application per programme. Payments can be made by either Cheque or by Bank Transfer. Please refer to the following payment mode:
a) Cheques:
Please send the crossed cheque in favor of German Institute of Science and Technology - TUM Asia Pte Ltd together with the completed application form to GIST
b) Bank Transfer (*):

*Please note that Payer shall bear all bank charges and that
overpayment of the application fee will not be refunded.
