Application and Selection

There are 2 intakes per year for this Programme and it is in January and August. Please submit your application to us through our online portal. Please refer to the following for the application open dates:

Upon receiving your documents and application fees, GIST will start processing your application. Selection process takes place in both NTU and TUM, therefore all submitted documents are sent to the Professors of both Universities. An Applicant is offered a placement in the Programme only when both Universities agree on the admission. The final decision the application is by the sole discretion of the Universities (NTU and TUM).

After the closing date, GIST requires about 1 – 2 months of processing time on your application. The result of the application will be communicated to the applicant through emails.
