The online application for August 2011 intake will open from 15th November 2010 to 15th March 2011.

Application Procedure
Before submitting any application, please make sure that you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective programmes.
n To apply, please submit your application online through our Online Application Portal.
n Please send all information and documents stated in the checklist below to GIST - TUM Asia before the closing date
n Please note that for each application submitted, a full set of document is required.
Application Checklist:
1. Print out and sign on the completed application form
2. 2 current passport size photos
3. 1 set certified true copies of your qualifications which include Academic Certificate, Degree Scrolls and Transcripts.
n Please note to translate all documents into English before submission
4. TOEFL or IELTS results (if applicable)
5. 1 photocopy of your valid passport or ID for identification purpose
6. 2 recommendation letters from Professor or Employer
n Please remember to include all contact details of your referral and request for the letter to be printed on the company's / university's letterhead. Your referral can also send the letter directly to GIST-TUM Asia office in a sealed envelope
7. 1 letter of motivation that indicated your interest in the programmes which you are applying for
8. An application fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST) is payable for each application per programme. Payments can be made by either Cheque or by Bank Transfer. Please refer to the following payment mode:

Please send the crossed cheque in favor of German Institute of Science and Technology - TUM Asia Pte Ltd together with the completed application form to GIST

overpayment of the application fee will not be refunded.
